What helps us answer faster
For a grip order, the two things that decide the reply are your postcode, which sets the postage, and the colour — neon pink or cyber cyan. Everything else can be sorted out afterwards. If your phone has an unusual back, a folding hinge or a heavy textured case, say so: the adhesive pad holds well on flat plastic and glass and poorly on anything soft or curved, and it is better to hear that now than after the parcel arrives.
For a review, the most useful message is a store link plus one line about why the game is worth a fortnight. Cascade, blast and tile-matching puzzles are in scope. Action games, idle games and anything that arrives with a promotional code attached are not.
What we cannot do
We cannot recover a lost game account, refund an in-app purchase or contact a studio on your behalf — those all go through Google, Apple or the publisher's own support, which are the only parties with access to your account. We also do not publish sponsored posts, accept guest articles or add links for payment, so those emails get a short and friendly no.
